I've seen a few out and about lately and I'm itching to go for a rip my self... If the weather holds, maybe next weekend? I know there are a few others that can't wait as well

I had mine out last night, and I was really rippin' into it. Reason was I fixes some issue's over winter relating to overheating so I just wanted to make sure everything worked...it was great weather for it.

There always seem to be a few desperate enough for a rip (other than MotoMec who seemed to have a good reason) that they ignore the vast amounts of gravel still on the roads. Since mid Feb to last weekend I've seen the following:
    1 Red GT-R - last Sunday
    1 Black GT-R -mid Feb
    1 Red 360 Modena - last week
1 Black Arnage a couple weeks ago at Cdn Tire in Okotoks - I understand the Bentley GT's as daily drivers but an Arnage?
    a few Bentley GT's
1 Verde Ithica Gallardo TT - back in Feb - with plenty of snow still on the ground.
4 Porsche Turbo's 997 style - the past two Sundays.

Had the 360 out yesterday for about 200kms. Great weather. No gravel on the highways. The roads around Bragg creek are fantastic. It is time to get out there again!!

Hi Philip, I am still waiting to take out the Barchetta, but I at least started it and listened to that V12 sound for a while........tempting to take it out for a drive though! We will have to take a Sunday morning drive this summer.

I went out on Sunday as well. Took the 1A to Canmore and back. There wasn't a lot of gravel on the roads and even better, no one else to spray it :)

Also saw a couple F430s and a gorgeous Rosso Barchetta 550 Maranello. Great weekend!

I've been tempted to fire up the Maserati for the first time this year but with my luck, that will just make it snow.

In Calgary, you can see snow in every month of the year...so if you see a good day, you got to seize the opportunity to run the car. :)

I knew you couldn't hold out for much longer! It was only a week ago when you questioned the amount of gravel still on the streets. As long as you're careful, it's really not that bad out there.

Awesome car, KDS! I remember the build thread you'd posted on here a while back. :)

Just imported a 1999 355 F1 into Kelowna and I've run into a problem figuring out how to wire up the flasher lights (look like the fogs) to act as my daytime running lights !

Can anyone recommend a good independant F car garage who can help me out on this ? Or have any other 355 owners figured this out ?

Thanks guys ! Some pictures of the car coming off the transporter and with the top down.....it's getting sunny in Kelowna ! Looking forward to meeting the Alberta crowd at a "run" this summer !
