    It can be a real death spiral when costs rise beyond majority prepared to pay, numbers go down, costs increase even more meaning even less numbers again..

    Reminds me of 993 Turbo S I drove on a skidpan once.. once its wheels broke loose then revs go up instantly, more boost gives more wheelspin which gives even more boost.. and so on lol..

    True enough, but I've met the chap behind CA and I was not dazzled by the experience...

    Boost in a turbo is normally as much a function of throttle opening as revs. What you describe above only applies if the driver keeps their foot buried. I presume you lifted, but emissions controls on modern cars won't allow the throttle to close quickly enough for the driver to correct excess power quickly.

    Yes for sure! even 2/3 sec was plenty long for the break away process to escalate.. touchy little bugger and was more sensitive after that first foray lol.
