Is there a way to remove the service warning in the display if I change my oil at a shop that is not the F-dealer?

If the independent has the correct scanner - yes

I think a basic ascii scanner with reset will do it. Sometimes I throw a check engine light from my exhaust and it resets that.

Please explain the way to reset the service light via the exhaust light. And how do I get access to the unit which resets the warning lights?

    Thanks in advance

No. The maintenance light is not connected to the OBD2 system. Sorry, no average code reader will do.

Alfred- After looking at the Owner's Manual, it looks like you are going to need an independent shop with an SD-3 or a factory dealership with a MOTIS connection. Ferrari likes to keep a close hold on many maintenance procedures and outputs, except those mandated by DOT.
