Yes, appears that there's no fixed cost. Technically, the AP is free & given to selected people who sells it for abt RM50K per ticket. Some guys get over ten a year & only Bumis get it.

This is a country where people can live off by simply getting "connections" or networking

For some classics, it's good to register them for FIVA paper http://www.fiva.org/EN/index2.html to participate in classic rallies & races such as LeMans classic etc.

We can also join smsa for a start http://www.smsa.org.sg/

For those who are more adventurous, you can apply for a racing license as well.

For Singapore,

I am thinking if possible, a 3 wide 2 deep is the best.
A row of lifts on the deep side. You can have 3 deep, top and bottom, then another set on the outside with a car porch shelter.

Total of 9 cars, and you dont have to move all of them to reach. You only need to move 1 or 2 cars to reach 33% of your collection.

66% of them will be properly sheltered and covered up. Enclosed. The other 33.3% will be carporch style parking. Residing like the other 95% of cars in Spore
