Oh man, I wasted my money then :(

Yes it is but also very much more expensive by now :D

No, those were in '07 but I might swing by again next month it time permits

Unfortuntately not, it's abt 6-7 storeys high. Lung? U can try google earth or search on the map of Maranello. There's also the famous restaurant opp it where many legends dine. To be honest, the town is dead after 7pm so I think it's better if you guys stay in Bologna. Are you guys driving around?

Yr bro is the dealer?! Easy lah, hook up with the local PR to tourguide u guys.

I had lunch in the staff canteen of Lamborghini back then & they prep special dishes for us.

Since you're in Southern France, swing by Provence, St Tropez etc. & my, watching F1 in Monaco will be fantastic.

Hahaha massive dilemma when you step into the factory. Eyes on the gorgeous girls or eyes on the other gorgeous girls? :p

I think I'm already cool with Planet Hotel. Rates are quite reasonable and it's in front of the factory. Actually, I still need to squeeze Maranello in our sched. Rome is a must since the wifey really wants to go there. Nope, we won't be driving and will just take public transpo.

Uhm, my sister's hubby is and his shop's name is Propista. It's more of a used dealership but I heard they're trying to put up a Ferrari one in Monaco. He drove for Team France in the 360 Challenge when I was there years ago and he took the top of the podium in Class B. Cool stuff! Were able to ride shotgun in his 360C as well in a test track somewhere in Belgium.

Unfortunately, the race is on the 16th! We're flying back to SG on the 3rd so no chance of watching it. Maybe next time :(

To be fair.. .I cannot comment on ES as I have never tried them.
I have had 7 cars tuned by DMS and all I can say is that I am very satisfied. :)

    U talking about Hotel Fini?
The restaurant is called Montana. Unless you are talking about the Cavalino Restaurant opposite the gates.

Is it? I have no idea. Saw it in the museum so presume that it should be the real deal.

Sounds like the trip is a bit tough as Maranello don't seem to be in your route. I would recommend a few days in Bologna so you can see all the important makers once & for all.

Not bad. A racing driver as bro-in-law must have given u easy access :)

After u mentioned Monaco, I'm thinking if I should extend my trip to watch the practice rounds but again it's out of my way too!

Trying to squeeze Maranello in but if really cannot, still ok. Will definitely do it in our next Euro trip no matter what ;P

Easy access only if I'm in Europe. I was in the pit area at Spa during the 360 Challenge and during the race, we watched it from the top of a truck :D

Seems like you'll be missing the Monaco GP as well :(

I upgraded my ECU back in 2004. The current owner is still driving the car with no problems. In fact I test drove the car 2 months back. Still good. It was the DMS program.

Rare Jaguar XJ220 left to wither in Qatar?

Don't you just hate it how cars are just left abandoned? Especially ones like this, the Countach and especially the Miura?

It really pains me to see cars left in this state.
