I read the article too Anthony - actually I think it is very interesting concept and quite different in many respects from ours - first of all its not pure storage - when they get their approvals they will have a hospitality component meaning the owners can live in the space while they are in town, the location - Federal Hwy near Atlantic Ave in Delray is great and my impression is a great in town site and a cool place to stay providing and edgy urban experience with Atlantic Ave around the corner.

Our facility is quite different in concept and more industrial in nature - providing high quality secure storage and convenience in our market - one mile from the airport, in the midst of the mega yacht shipyards and at the entrance to 595, I95 & FL Turnpike - Our focus is addition to selling space to car enthusiasts we are about service and provide auto storage to our strategic partners, Ferrari of Ftl, Lamboghini of Miami, Champion Motorsports, The Aero Toy Store and PBIR etc.

I wish these guys the best of luck in in their venture - and to the extent we can help them we will! after all the business is very convenience oriented and Delray is not our market & nor is Fort Lauderdale theirs.

As for Vanilla Ice - dont know much about him....
