    Hey guys,

    I'm looking to move to the D.C. metro area and was wondering if anyone in here was an engineer working in that area? I'm looking to apply for an entry-level mechanical engineering job and wanted to chat with someone who has worked in the industry in that area.

    There are many possibilities in the DC Metro area. Many with Military contractors/sub-contractors. Do you think you could get a security clearence? i.e. no past problems, etc...

    Check the usual web job sites.

    Yes I would! As long as I'm not spending a quarter of my year with bullets zinging by in Afghanistan. Also, I am security clearable.
