    There are nice roads and locations here in the U.S. but it seems so many of the photos posted are of polished Ferraris reversed parked outside of a Starbucks or in the parking lot of a mall with a bunch of guys milling around the cars with water bottles or oversized coffee cups. Either that or a line of cars at a stop light of some downtown intersection or parked in the lush grass of a concours location :-(

    This thread is so refreshing (some GREAT photos in the Holland/Belgium sub-forum of the Europe section too).

    I rarely see Ferraris when I visit Italy. They are not as common as people think and the roads there are certainly not Ferrari friendly. I can see why California and Florida are more convenient lol.

    You obviously haven't been to Sicily if you're complaining about the asphalt in that picture :D

    There were pot-holes on highways that your whole car could fall into....never seen roads in such poor conditions before :eek:

    Seriously though, on average the road conditions in northern/central Italy aren't bad at all.
