    BTW, design is completely original...mine...though historically-derivative.

    Reasons for quitting:

    -Burned out

    -Had enough money to quit

    I didn't mean to pry but I'm always curious as to how/why designers are able to move on.

    Congratulations again. I hope you are able to focus on what you love doing now that you are out.

    I really like the balcony on the side. When I purchase my first house I will make sure that it has a ton of outside living space!!!
