Does anyone know if i wrap my car in a different color, will i get in trouble when i have a vicom test?
I'd imagine the same thing you were complaining about earlier. Seems there are a lot of people complaining about the same thing tonight!
my understanding it is only temporary, thus there is no issue. an over zealous inspector might insist on seeing what's underneath though
well ... mr k obviously has some cash lying around ... look what he bought ... that ... that ... that thang ............
Just in case, it maybe worth to inform LTA of a colour change. I have not done it before but I think you can do it online and you can always change it back to the original colour when you remove the wrap.
buy n keep a spare or two no harm ,can always sell to friends, guess its the watch dealer instinct in me acting up
welcome.unfortunately with our parf/coe system, a lot of exotic cars just cannot be kept here beyond 10 years- but there's still a healthy no.of the newer classics running around, like 308,308gt4, mondial ,328, 348 ,355, 412 , tr.n even a couple of dino246s. did a mini local drive in my mondial with a 308 and dino a few weeks back. pm me your contact details and will let u know if we arrange another classic exotics drive/get together.
finally took deliv of the white murcie today. whist clutch initially seemed to have a rather high biting point and the drive at low rpms was distinctly lorry like with a gravelly overal impression from the exhaust and tyres, once used to the gearshift and on spirited driving the beast finally emerged and the kreissieg exhaust at 4500rpm abv in full glory was MAD! i tried following close to its rear in my mondial when my friend took over the wheel, and nearly went deaf! how to pass vicom next year? the remote valve closed option didnt sound much softer. but i can see how the bull (4wd notwithstanding) can be so addictive n intoxicating
