Evo just back from dyno. Peak hp of 480bhp and torque 600nm. But more amazing was Lester took me for a drive in it. Man can he drive. I mean, I know he is ridiculously fast around sepang, but the way he drives on the road... Amazing. And left foot braking to balance the car.... In a manual. Just awesome!!!
Rare as it is, I think it is pretty hard to sell the 412s. Never were desirable at all esp auto trans + those looks, which I actually think are quite elegant. Not to mention the road tax now. I think they were the most expensive Ferraris during their time, $400+k during the 80s? 308 was listed at 260k? I was just a kid then, dreaming about these horses!

the tyre shredder was originally set to 280km/h according to the ECU although MB says it is actually meant to be 250, so I guess they build in some tollerance. you beat me to it by whom ... you or Ital?
