That it is. When I saw the first wheel swap I thought black wheels would look great but the only ones I'd seen were on the Viper and the rears were huge so thanks to Apex mentioning the Tesla I saw they were smaller. I think next I'll do gold wheels on the blue Scirocco GT24 for a friend of mine. PS, if anyone has one of the Earth Day Tesla's they'd be willing to trade or sell or something let me know, my Walmarts haven't gotten any new holdiay cars since St. Patty's Day. Thanks

Helps having a shop full of tools, just a few seconds with the drill press to get the rivets drilled and mini saw to get rid of the axle claws. Thanks for the inspiration

In the next few weeks I'm going to up the ante... LP560 full repaint/re wheel coming. Just have to choose a color and get some time to do the work...

If someone had the time, patience and skill it'd be awesome to make a Balboni car. If I had the painting talent I'd do a Verde Ithicha car but I'm going to have to stick with just changing the wheels lol

I've actually been looking into the possibility of doing a Balboni. I would have someone make me the stripe in water-transfer decal and I'd hand paint some 10 spokes for the wheels. I'd like to have someone make me some headlight/tail light sets in decal, hand-painting them is tedious. So that might be something for down the road. I'm also looking at various wing options for a Superleggera. But for now just a color change with the wheel swap...

You guys are getting good at this wheel swaps. If only after swapping the wheels you can put the car back to its original box that will look even awesome and up its value.

I know it's a stupid question, you found them but did you buy them? Two of each? What a lucky guy. Very happy for you! I know if that was me seeing those on the pegs I would kneel on the Wal-Marts floor and thank God! lol
