    There you go;

Under pasanger side seat adjustment, making adjusmet levers to fit in side the car...

    Someone has try to "fix"

I sand it out and took out all lose body filler
    [IMG]

Blu lines are crakcs, red part is missing original material
    [IMG]

Using original parts and plaster, i made floor look like original:

...And from there I made glasfibre mold
    [IMG]

From mold I made new part of floor

    :)

May I ask, what condition your car is today?
When it could be seen on the roads this summer?

    "Another Countach related question,

is it easy to find LP400S1 Bravo wheels?"

You have a better chance at finding Bin Laden.

    Fantastic!
Someone lowered my drivers seat. Someday it'll be back to stock.

Thanks for posting. Love seeing restoration pics. Not often you see them...
Good look with your Countach project, hope you have it on the road soon!
    Cheers!

Believe what's being mentioned is a Tall Man Conversion.
Correct me if I am wrong but I think Al Burtoni did those type of mods.

If that were only true. Rare, yes they are however (Jalpa's with them are even rarer :) ). Probably the best bet is to get a set of reproduction Bravos from Eurospares & put them on a car.

Yes, someone cut one of the tubes out of the frame, dropped the seat. I hate it though it is roomy.

Exactly. A set of replicas will save you a TON of money AND you WON'T have the worry of damage or theft of a $16,000-$30,000 set of originals.
$16,000 was the last number I had seen them sell for many years ago.
Someone ask me for mine, I said $30,000. I would never separate them from the car.
However I am going buy a set of replicas and display the originals with the originals P-7's from '78.

    Are replicas made of Mg?

I did not find them on Eurospares web site?

Peter, you mean that even if the guy put the 30k on table you would have refused?

It is a good idea to use replicas ( if they are virtually identical ) if you want to preserve your original wheels. These cars are meant to be driven but OTOH some parts are so difficult to find ...

    no, alluminium alloy
less prone to "crack" but heavier than original campagnolo in magnesium 400S wheels
