    I'm so pissed, my car's battery just died as I tried to leave this morning :(

    p.s. I think you guys pushed that "Cobra" too hard on the way down. He definitely overheated. I smelled coolant for a couple miles (thought it was my car).

    That was fun!!! What a nice mix of cars for Alexander. Hats off to Haig, a job well done. It was a real pleasure meeting the F-chatters and some of the NSX posse...and of course, Alexander and his family. I too wish them the best of luck on their trip and hope they get as much from as from it as they gave. Jim

    Thanks Haigh for doing this and making a difference in everyone's lives. Sorry I did not make it down to Goleta. I met up with them at Hwy 1 and 101 and we escorted them to the San Luis Obispo County line (Hwy 166 Exit). Who were the guys in the Transbyerria that kept going with them?

    Just a quick thank you to Haig and all involved in this great event. If they're reading this, a big thank you to the Burbank PD officers who provided the escort as well.

    I certainly am glad that I made it out there today. Wish time had permitted us to escort Alexander up to Santa Barbara.

    Sound like a great run. I'm still super-pissed due to mechanical issues...looks like the car will be out till next week :(

    Wow, what a day! It was nice meeting some of you guys, and especially Alexander and his family. I (that little green BMW :)) may have felt a little out of place driving around with such an impressive group, but I enjoyed taking pictures of a day that I'm sure everyone will forever remember. Thanks to Haig and everyone involved for putting this together and best wishes to Alexander and his family.
