do you have to book .. and how long is long .. is it a case of drop it off & come back later or simply wait?
it really depends on what you are after. my favourite place in Tokyo is Andy's Shinhinomoto in Yurakacho (Ginza). cheap, great food and fantastic ambience .. and tell Andy you're my friend & he will ensure you have a night to remember.
There is no need to book if you are just going for a wash.... its one of those drive through car washes. When you are there speak to Calvin... not sure if he still has the pony tail.
for a wash, they don't take booking. don't go during peak hrs like weekend afternoons. for polish/wax, you can drop your car in the morning and it will be done in the evening. If you want his mobile, i can pm it to you.
Ouch. I can only think of one other guy who uses BIG wheels.... Heard that some owners have him named as driver in their insurance as well. Is this going north?
Yes a few owners let him pick up their cars every couple of days one of them is Richard he has a scud n Murci roadster
Derek, go by on weekdays during office hours and its usually a breeze. don't bother going on weekends. imo, its probably the most bang for buck car wash in singapore. he's usually there in the evenings. he told me he's usually at sin ming during the day. and he still has his pony taiL!
no booking for washing/vacuuming n no jumping queue regdless of options! can be a long wait but they do the most thorough job as far as i know. i think theres 2 brothers (one is ponytail)running the crew and keep a pretty tight leash on them. exotic cars wil be charged $20 but this includes vacuuming, engine drying , interior glass clean and any small leather stain/dirt theyll try to clean if its a minor job. for regulars theyll drive car for you thru the queue n the wash if u like, while u watch in the comfort of the aircon spc station that has good range of snacks n drinks! and half the world goes there-sure to meet people u know!
They do a very thorough job. Calvin spent about 20mins just blowing the leaves out of the front vents of the Turbo.
0-100 kmph in 3 secs is already VERY fast ... dunno how much faster u can make it without spending a TON of money ...
No I'm not, that was just a joke after Jon said that he'd be having fun with play mates on a boat next week
No I meant that based on your post count in this thread alone, you should have more posts than what your post count actually says. Statistics taken from here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/misc.php?do=whoposted&t=20656 I think the remaining 1k posts were all in the secret forums...
