Dilan, thank you for driving with Van-Errari past county line. I am not posting any pictures until you post buddy. Can't wait to see the FRWY clips.
Awesome. Whose Orange Pantera GT5 is that? And also...beautiful Silver?Pearl White? Murcielago. All of them are awesome, but those two really stand out.
Hello, Alexander has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This particular disease effects boys only. It used to be that these boys did not make it past the teenage years. With all the advances in the last 8-10years they are starting to live a bit beyond that. Slowly all the muscles stop working, the lungs and heart are usually the last to go. Alexander is able to speak and converse just fine. He is totally reliant on his wheel chair and has a trech so is hooked up a ventalator. He does remarkable well and is in very good spirits. Hope this helps clarify some of your questions. For more in depth information you can google Duchenne's M.D. if you are interested?... Today's "escort" was so exciting! We had a blast. We are all ehausted now, must go will write again tomorrow.

Yesterday's "Escort" pic on the drive Thread http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=281495&page=6
At PiCKWICK, there were about 35+ cars (Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, NSXs). It was decided that most stay at Pickwick parking lot while a group of 10+ cars along with police escort drive up to meet Alexander and the family at Safari Inn due to parking limitation around the Hotel. It was a blast... The group got there and Alexander wanted to be around the cars, with a little delay, they made it back to the Pickwick parking lot by police Escort. The Van-Errari's doors opened and he comes our new F1 Race driver (Alexander) dressed in Ferrari Red and ready to meet the pit crew. He roomed around the cars took few pictures and got meet everyone. Shortly after, we were escorted again by BPD to head north on the 101. The lead cars were Kevin & Haig followed by Van-Errari and guarded by 35+ skittles colors all over the 101. On the way up, our champion was able to feel each and every exotic, the Van-Errrari had massive window behind the driver's seat where Alexander was sitting. Within minutes of getting on the 101 the race begun. Almost everyone had a chance to pull up next to the van waiving hello to him and put pedal to the metal VOOOOOMMM. The noise vibration from the exotics were enough to create the feel as if Alexander was driving each and everyone of our cars. He asked a call to be made to his father so he can hear the excitement of the exotics. We arrived at Auto Gallery and holly be hold there is was the ENZO at the pit stop ready for our champion to hop in. Armen and Jon had their cars parked for Alexander to view and approve. Armen took the lead to introduce the Enzo to Alexander and go over the details before the next race. Alexander got really close to the Enzo and there was that big SMILE we were all waiting for. After the introduction, Armen fired up the ENZO and it RUMBLE. At this point Alexander meet Dusty and people from the Auto Gallery. John K. drove up to meet Alexander for a short time. It was time for all to say bye and race begun. CHP blocked the road, we jumped on the FRWY, Armen pulled the ENZO next to Alexander's window floored it... the noise of the roaring engine was heard 15 cars back. Unfortunately, due to time limitation and delay we experienced previously, ARMEN sadly had to cut his driving time short and exited waiving bye. It was a nice drive up to Ventura with little traffic here and there. People were wondering why there were so many exotics on the 101, I wish there was a way we could have explained that all this was for the Living Young Man - Show Your Exotic. We meet up with Tom and his buddy with two Red F cars, they secured parking for all of us at a busy IN&OUT burgers parking lot. We had lunch and turned over the escort to Tom. The escort was intercepted by Sam with his 430 who joined in on the 101 and ended at the San Luis Obispo county line. It was noted that Dilan continued his drive with the Van-Errari. Alexander and the family will be missed by all of us here in California, Arizona and Las Vegas. Since Mods have not made this thread a sticky as of yet, I ask that they consider it for 30 days. Or I will BUMP daily it. Thank you all for your support, the energy you have gave. You guys are great. Many thanks to the boys in Arizona, Bob Lebenson in his in Las Vegas, Auto Gallery, Wynn and Scottsdale Ferrari for you support. My God give him the energy and bring joy to hid life . We love you Alexander

First of all, thank you Alexander, Susie, Bridget, and the rest of the family for letting us be a part of your travels. I hope your family got as much out of it all as we did. This has touched us all and is something very good that we don't want to let go. Please keep us informed about upcoming and future travels. Next, what can we say about Haig. It has been truely inspiring how you put so much work and effort into your planning, organizing, and passion. I feel very fortunate to have been a part of this all. I have started to look into the Make a Wish Foundation to see if we can continue with this sort of gathering. Lastly, thank you to all who attended and those who sent in their well wishes. This is not what owning exotics is all about, but it should be.
