    Hi Chris
    your plate is a bit of a mish mash. The I suggests it is italian but the stickers you have look like they are for the german TÜV. They would normally go after the first letters denoting the area of registration (1, 2 or 3 letters) and the rest of the letters and numbers of the plate.

    For instance your plate might read PI (stickers here) ZZAMAN

    The first sticker is the emissions test and the second is normally the local city crest for the office where the vehicle was registered.

    To be precise, the round sticker is for TÜV and would be at the rear numberplate. The second sticker you have would normally indicate the region, as Simon said, but the one you got there is a special one designating cars from the German Federal Finance Administration. You really got yourself into a mess there :p

    Uh.....Id suggest this site,I ordered a custom Italian plate from them,and it has both of the blue strips on them,like the real ones

    This is more of a German plate with the I for Italy,it uses only the standard EU strip,and has the German font
