    The whole story is too pathetic to think about. Unfortunately, it points too clearly to a wrong turn for the US in altogether too many ways.....beginning with our elected and appointed officials, plus our own disinterest as citizens. Nobody even cared enough to try to do any better.

    Yeah, doomed from the beginning.
    It was designed by a canadian architect though, so we can put some of the blame there!

    I called a Vancouver AIBC friend; he says "who?.......did the US pavilion......? wha....? At least ours looks Canadian....."

    The US pavilion sort of looks like the shipping box for the Canadian one........
