Jon, something is seriously not right. Have u had the alignment rechecked. 997s are totally stable at 280 kmh on the straights and mild bends. Of course that's on the big straight smooth parts of the n-s. Round the sharper bends we aren't running those speeds nor on repatched roadwork- wondering if u were just pushing the car under the wrong circumstances..
Oh well, no trackday so we are now heading off on a slow cruise round Singapore. Still can't get over that doush bag that dropped us last minute fromthe track day.
Saw this several years ago in Robb report, Yafriro had it in their journal few years back but never seen the real deal in Singapore. HG has it? Expensive taste but very nice. Really? Please let me know how much you'd want it & I figure the same for the diffuser as well. How did u disable the auto wing? I'm looking @ Techart GT street R package but price should be in 5 figures It is but above 230 & uneven road, it felt a bit loose. My suspicion lies on the suspension, the road or just me being a PITA On the straights or mild curves no problem, power delivery is fantastic but when it comes to tighter bends, uneven stretch (the part between Muar & Melaka where there's canals running under) I'd need to slow down a lot or the suspension rocks hard. I dropped to 190~210 for those curves which is not very fast. Had it felt better, the car should be able to handle 20-30% more. No problems on straights. How fast did u do on your Evo on the last round? How does the handling par with the RS?
tell u what mate ... seriously consider buying over choo's ... will prob be economical for u in the long run ...
