I was a navigator with Landsberg(RIP) in A110 back in 1977 Rally of Poland and later in Renault 5 TS 1978 season.
I still have a soft spot for these cars,A310 was my dream car back then.

Hard to tell but looks like the Bentley livery that was retrofitted to look like a Cloud. The one I've seen had the bonnet and grille replaced with an RR configuration. If it's the same car, the conversion is obvious close-up.

The giveaway is the side view mirror!

Red 430 Scuderia and a Grey Noble, both on Franklin at Lunch. Maybe the same grey Noble I spotted the other day and forgot to post?

Your disdain for Astons has been adequately documented numerous times.

    Wrong.
I love'm,was very pleasantly surprised by the Rapide's refinement and ride comfort,I like DBS also.
I just wish they (Aston) diferentiate their models a bit more....
    Far from "disdain"....

Glad you came clear. You know what is done to people who don't like Aston's, don't you?

I have (prematurely) discounted that car as another gimmick before driving it myself.
Short test drive on rough surfaced Rt176 has changed my mind, performance is also better then expected.
On top of it,just found out that pretty simple modifications easily get the power to DBS levels, making it even more tasty.

Oh, one more picture from Iowa. No car in this one. :) I've been playing around with HDR photography lately. (see here for a great tutorial) Took this today. Not 100% satisfied with it, but not bad. I still need to work at it.

The only thing with the Rapide is it's sort of a niche car to me.. If I want an Aston I'd take a DBS, or DB9 for that money. If I want a four door I'd take a Bent FS or QP (esp. GTS). The backseats in the Rapide are worthless unless it's a child.

Other than that it's a great car.

Well it's not like I'm only going to shoot in HDR from now on, I'm just experimenting. :) I quite like it. What makes you say it sucks? If it's done right, it can produce some really killer images.

Trashed white Acura NSX westbound on I 88 this morning. It was filthy, had a rusted trailer ball attached to the rear bumper, the rear lower valence was lose and none of the brake lights worked. That has to be more exotic than spotting a clean NSX.
