Oh could be, thats the description I found online about his car, I don't know the Lambo models. Hence, the name, Ferrarilover.

Ha! Now... the question is... was the Charger an R/T? ;)

Yeah exactly. One of my contacts has a Gallardo Spyder and he said he's been pulled over on this side of the border CONTINUOUSLY.

    LP670-SV.

Also... I've NEVER seen so many po-po on the 401. Both eastbound and westbound, between Shannonville and Toronto. I kid you not when I say there was one cop at every exit. Every single one.

I kept it on cruise at 109 the whole way.

Yeah i see a clip of one of the guys saying the cops were waiting for us at every corner. Thing is this pisses them off & they just wont come here again. Thanks to fortino & gang.

    Nice, buddy.

I saw you a couple times but you were always surrounded by way too many people. Would have come and said hi otherwise.

Car looked great. Took quite a few high-res pictures of it.

It's not thanks to Fortino and gang, it is thanks to their own irresponsible actions here and elsewhere. Well to me that's a good thing that they won't be back. If you own something like a Ferrari or Lambo etc, you are impacted by the antics of people such as these. I changed my travel plans to avoid the west bound 401 from 1000 Islands to avoid the nonsense. I don't know what makes them think they are entitled to exemptions from the prevailing laws.
I no longer participate in organized drives for the same reason, a few idiots doing stupid things on public roads spoiling it for everyone behind them. Being threatened with a baseball bat is not my idea of fun.

Completely agreed, but the cops were overly critical yesterday. For example, a friend of mine (with US plates, mind you) was traveling with a radar detector. It was powered off, unplugged, and stowed in his trunk. He was driving a Gallardo. His car was searched, the detector was confiscated.

To me that's bullsh*t. The guy was respectful enough of the Canadian laws to dispose of the thing, and he was stopped because he was doing 118 km/h. Come on, we ALL do 118 on a regular basis and the cops wouldn't look at us twice.

Oops, my bad, it was really crowded and i saw a 599 with the rear ferrari badge in black and took it for a 599 GTO, thanks for clearing that up, i was wondering how someone got their hands on a 599 GTO so quickly.
    ---
I understand that the cops were undermanned and frustrated especially because of people running on to the street past the barriers but I have to say that some (not all) of the cops were looking for trouble especially this female bike cop who rudely confronted an elderly gentleman for sticking his camera past the barriers which to me is plain ridiculous.

The LP670-SV and the Veyron were probably the highlight of the night for me.
