Everybody was falling all over themselves to kiss this guy's behind, and now nobody wants to blast those who were enablers.

...love this stuff...are there no movie producers watching this site? Sounds like an entire channel worth of material from the designer badgering him to the Fallen Kingpin...

Getting back to the original topic of the thread, I was wondering if the 2008 Enzo would be worth more or less than the original, assuming all parts are as they would be originally (no updates). Since all the parts are new and from the factory, is it still considered original and hence worth more, or damaged and worth less? I would have thought a standard vehicle would be worth less, since the metal has to be pulled back into shape or cut-out and replaced. I am not so sure with carbon bodied cars though, where all damaged parts are unscrewed and replaced.

Car was never proven to be a "2008". That is like saying that if I restore a '69 Camaro from the ground up this week it is a 2010. Nope, once a '69 always a '69. The VIN says what the VIN says. As we all know.

That I get. However, for those cars with a carbon tub, does the restoration create a car that is more valuable than an unrestored car, becase it is new and hasnt suffered 5+yrs of stress and strain and degredation?

The car is still a 2003, salvage title at that. However the tub and all other components are 100% new. When things get a little more settled, I think I can divulge a little more.

you might as well make with the rest of the details... from what you already said you know enough to raise at least a peasly inquiry by law enforcement... although the details you shared were already widely known

I just don't want to piss off the wrong people. Honestly I would love to tell people more about this car. As soon I know I won't get in "hot water" I'll be more than happy to divulge more.

I don't think my attempt at an Australian accent will convince anyone :). Does anyone regarding have further regarding the trial itself?

Look, I honestly would like to say more about the car, however when I first talked about this car I received a very threatening email from a certain "someone". Taking into account the actions of said person, I would rather not go out my way to piss this person off. I would like to know that this person has been dealt with in the proper fashion. If that irritates people, I'm sorry. So like I said does anyone have any further information regarding the trial?

What do you mean with "all of this"?

If you refer to the crash of 134952: the driver was killed.

I’m assuming tbakowski is referring to ‘icemanbops’ (aka Michael Boparan/Alexander Surin).
The attached article features an image of Boparan’s Rolls that I took and the Daily Mail lifted from this forum for their use.
