Dude, want to do some classic rallies? Especially Mille Miglia? Apparently, any cars from that era that entered can be considered. The committee will select based on car, model & which country you're from. From what I know, nobody from Singapore has particpated & it'll be fun to fly our flag :D A Russian owned 1925 Alfa Romeo did it!

I'm thinking if we should be keeping the classic in EU instead. They have all the mountains & places to enjoy the car, not to mention the experts in maintenance. LHD is also very manageable. In fact, I'm worried I'll need time to adapt when I'm home!

Swiss is very much like Singapore. Clean, safe, efficient, modern & multi-lingual! Italy? The bellas are 90% pretty & sexy plus the right size :D Very very dangerous :p Harold?!

UK will be nice & language is easy but I don't like London.

    Absolutely agree :)

A simple Euro500 bag is about S$200-300 cheaper than Swiss now! Imagine a Eu30K watch.

If this goes on, u guys will be moaning on the OMV of the F458 very soon!

I've been looking at the Mille Miglia threads too. Wow the experiences the participants have shared are incredible! In addition to going off and doing a classic rally, wouldn't it be quite fun and easier to do a rally with normal modern cars too?

Btw Jon, was it difficult for you to communicate in Italy or did most of the locals speak enough english for you to get by?

    That sounds strange.

If clutch is fully depressed, this should not happen.

Yeah, very odd, and the mechanics say it's not the synchro but they haven't managed to fix the problem.

Happens when I shift from 4th to 5th too, but usually there's just a quick grinding sound and some vibration but it does not pop out violently.

So, how did your new brakes look now? It's not easy for the EU racket parties to get together but Dutch seems to be very quiet about it so far. Well, at least from I read here.

To be honest, I'm happy to see the Euro stay around 1.2 against dollar with the latter @ 1.4 against us.

and if I'm not wrong, if it is the synchro problem it will happen even if you shift from 4th to 5th gear.

I think you're right, I always get the feeling that the mechanics don't even check when I tell the dealership staff about the problem.

I suspect they're just waiting for my warranty to run out -_-"

    Thumbs up!

Oh, now we have a clearer picture of the situation. Yes, agree with you.

Gorgeous! THIS IS the car that some people said they should've gotten it in the 1st place :D Sorry, Harold. Hee

Btw, bro. Mind sharing how much did this new RS come up to now? Was told it's $680K back in January.
