    According to my lawyer, Lamborghini has agreed to buy my Balboni back in full.Without a fight.I have mixed emotions since i loved the car before all the trouble.Unfortunately, this car would now be a story car with diminished value.Hopefully the car is fixed right and someone get's a good deal on it.It's a rare 6 speed with CC brakes and most options.
    Assuming all goes well, i could see myself owning another Lambo in 2011.
    I have started another thread to try and let the other one die.I just wanted to update everyone and say that Lambo is going to take care of me, WITHOUT A FIGHT.

    The only other 6 speed Balboni available was white and mine was custom ordered in blue with yellow calipers.I never even got an answer on the type brakes and options it had so it really was a no go.

    Like under the Lemon Law they had any choice?

    They should have done this a long time ago way before you had to turn it over to a Lawyer.

    Sorry to hear the Balboni is gone, I was looking forward to seeing one in person. I'm sure it won't be long until the next Lambo is in the garage!

    Glad to hear everything worked out in the end. You should look into buying a late model Ford GT. :) I hear they are great cars...

    Btw, I like that aquarium/walkway thing...looks cool.

    Glad you got the car taken care of but I am sorry it didn't work out. I love the Balboni and the color sounds fantastic. If they are looking for a buyer for the "storied" car, we might be able to make a deal ;)
