    +1

I've sat in a 458. You definitely feel like you're a jet pilot behind the wheel. :D

Interesting how they covered a portion of the taillights. I'd like to see that done on a nero 458.

Maybe they should get some tires that actually fit those rims.

The rims make me want to "Ghetto Blast" (Sp.?) but the concept is cool...
Would look better on a Scud. (Sans the wheels)

Without the joke fighter plane graphics and daft wheels that matt wrap would look pretty good.

The Matt grey is nice, but i don't like the details or the interior, prefer black or black/grey for the interior. The wheels not right with the matt grey. It's a bit confusing. sorry my opinion

last friday night i joined a F meeting in Alicante, the evening the rain comes and makes
on motorway dangerous. A 458 Red Italia was distroyed. I was possible to see a wheel here, a front car here, air bags open, inside a airbags was open etc etc...

the people have no problem, seems the car was rent in Barcelona.

    No picture, just what saw.

    It's probably the 15K bi-color option.

    But it looks great!! :)

The bi-color doesn't cover the Ferrari badge...

I'm mystified as to why so many people are liking these bi colour options. As someone said in another thread, makes it look like a Japanese car rather than a cohesive, classy italian design.

I really see what's so revolting about people liking the bi color option.

It may be in glass or whatever it is, but this car is bi-color too with a black top, don't see people complaining about it for looking too japanese: http://www.topgear.com/content/timetoburn/sections/wallpapers/store/0202/1280.jpg

    And this one too: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sjm88/4548928818/

Doesn't look japanese if you ask me.

I actually think it works on cars that have something of the 'racer' about them. It hints at function dictating form in the service of performance. But, visually at least, the 458 is all about its artful lines and that split colour interrupts the flow and grace of the lines. Way too fussy. Plus, neither of those other two cars live or die by the grace of their lines.
