Thanks! Nice guy at Shewin Williams took the time and let me custom mix the color.. which isn't normally optioned on this coating. Thank you much. It's an epoxy coating by Sherwin Williams called Armor Seal 1000. Installer was a local company (Huntsville, AL) called TouchMarkCo. It's a 3-4 day process provided weather is cooperating. Anyhow, this stuff is said to be extremely resilient and can stand up against most all chemicals you would find in a garage setting (gas, oils, brake cleaner even). Only thing that I heard could damage it would be the aircraft paint remover..

Joey, you might want to be careful - seems that a bear shows up at about 2:26 and doesn't appear to have any intentions of leaving. Looks like it might be stalking weak or sick construction workers...or perhaps is waiting around for a ride in one of your cars?
Nice garage Champ! Love how the bike area is set up like an actual showroom. Curious, are the walls custom fabbed, or are those commercially available?
Here's the only picture I have of the drum set (perhaps not so out of place in a garage thread). It's under a wrap now, as we have four cars packed into the workshop, seen in the photo, while construction is going on (with no end in sight). That's Xena the Rottweiller asleep in the back. Thanks - Its actually slat wall in stainless steel and below is aluminum plated polished sheets. Functional and agressive! You can buy the slat for around 250 - 300 a sheet and the alum plate section for 50 or so a sheet.
Hi Andres, Thank you for the reply. Great story behind the aquisition of your Stratos. My friend's car is the twin to yours. He lives here in the US (Michigan) and when I saw your car I was really taken by suprise. His car looks just like yours. He had looked all over the world for one flying to several different countries to look at 12 different Stratos' about 10 years ago. I was also in the market for a Stratos. At the time I found his car I had a divorce that diverted funding for purchase of the Stratos. I was talking on the phone with him one day not knowing that he too was looking for a Lancia. He mentioned that he was in the market for one and I said I had found the best one around. He asked for the information and flew to see the car the next morning. He didnt hesitate to buy the car and has had it in his collection ever since. I am happy to see his car has a twin. Beautiful Stratos you have! I hope you enjoy it for many years to come. Oh by the way my friends Stratos is also very rally oriented, no air or radio. Windows are manual too. Thanks for the reply! Best Regards, Kurt

that Diablo and a CGT makes a great pair, but that garage doesn't really match the pair huh? Maybe there's some construction going on or the owner simply doesn't really care about those fancy garages.
Ive seen the owner post on 6 speed, young guy i think in his mid twenties. He used to post here if im not mistaken.
JEEZ. Not the kind of garage I would expect to see a Carrera GT and Diablo. Could use some organizing. And some more space. But, DAMN does he have good taste in cars.
Those photographs seem to say that priority given to work will help you get those cars. Plus (judging from the license plates) a little help from above.
You are correct. Dan is permanently banned from here and Lpower. Id be scared to death with all that crap stacked all over the garage around those cars though.....
No man can eat 50 eggs.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNyl6gXLMLQ Finally! I get to mention our chicken flock. Yep, 11 hens currerently running near max efficiency. The Am Heart Assoc says like 4 a week is good, egg farmers think a rate of consumption that requires all those boxes seems just about right. It's tough to beat a hard boiled egg snack. I put salt on mine, Mrs SMS dips hers in French dressing. Fresh eggs smoke the watery store bought, production fed chicken eggs. You should try a dozen of our light brown large farm fresh variety. You'll know right from the first crack they are something real special. The yellow is yellower and the white is whiter. A little free range excercise and bugging really makes a difference. Our breed is Black Astralorp. It seems harder for the coons to find them at night than the white hens so they last longer around here. We have a bad a** rooster too, kicked the neighbor's dog's butt pretty good. He deserved the humiliation I believe, messing with our fine hens. You all should get a small flock. We can help you get started. The run-off into your ponds and drainage structures should not be all that bad. So if it fine wine advice you seek, you'll have to check the health and food threads, but eggs are right up my alley. Looking forward to your replies on this most excellent of topics. (Oh yeah, that is a nice pair of cars by the way)
Looks like he runs a lawn care business judging by the pictures and lives in the van to make the payments on the cars.
I met him once about 6 weeks ago, seems like a good fellow. Straight as an arrow, and calls it like he sees it. Seems in spite of certain fchatters calling him out years ago over his "supposedly seeking a Diablo" etc., he has only managed to increase his productivity Good for him. However, I'd like to see the rear bumper back on that Diablo.
