Shame! Ask him to join ECC for more excuses to take the car out. Seeing these cars simply adds colour to our dull streets. Just look at London compared to our Orchard rd. Having said that, I just saw an E-type Series 1 drop top flash past me on the streets of Paris! Too bad I didn't get my camera out in time. Also nice to hear that the Diablo gets to come out more often now. As for redline, you may want to ask Ben about the viscosity for our climate? I am using a Castrol gear oil for the 308 from Superformance UK. Only seems like I can get it from UK and not local. Makes a lot of diff to the cold box. 355's box is stiff only in 3rd and reverse when cold. I cannot park nose in unless I wait like 5-10min to reverse when leaving the car overnight. Using Ben's oil.

Awesome pics man. Like I said when I first joined the thread, the 355 is my all time "realistic" favourite, hope to own one someday!! Haha Oh btw, I'm going for the MAS Cadet Pilot interview this month, cross your fingers for me!! Managed to pass all the tests they threw at me, now for the interview!!! That white murcie is probably the nicest storm trooper I've seen on the streets, period!
thanks much for sharing. at times like these, i really miss the 355. such gorgeous lines in a quiet, understated way. time to buy another one i guess!
Without being bias..I beg to differ I think the GT3RS among all in the photos look the best...pls note I have no affiliation what so ever with the car or owner. Hahahah Honestly...I'm also looking ard for a very very good condition 355 ber....one of those childhood dream cars to keep
I've got a question - the lug nuts on the RS. Its just 1 (rather large) nut holding the wheel on the car right? So I'd assume its not the standard vanilla lug nuts normally seen on cars? So how's the wheel gonna come off? Do they offer an adaptor for when (touch wood) the AA truck has to pay a visit along a highway?
Must be your first time there during the first few days of sale. It has always been very crowded. On Friday it was ma cham free.
Did you? Sadly, I'm seldom around & when I'm around, I'd need time with the family so not doing drives @ all.
Not yet. I'll probably join when I come back this time round. So far I've just been using my father's membership.
Hey, you should cross the southern border and head over to my side of town! Anyway, good luck and have fun. Keep us updated on your progress, it is a great job that you will not regret.
Haha.. Justin, I am sure you would feel so positively about that RS featured here. I just wonder why!!! As for the 355 GTB, I heard that there is one kept by the original owner but never gets driven. Was given a bolt and nut restoration. Ask See from IA,he may be able to link you with the owner.
I'll just be back for about 3 weeks to a month. Hmm I'm not really sure about the car scene here. I've noticed that there's a humongous amount of ricers and souped up cheap american cars. The classic scene here is also very much more vibrant. Unfortunately, Melbourne seems to have alot less exotics than Singapore. I live in the middle of the city but I hardly ever see any nice cars Victoria also has stricter traffic laws than we do, so it just kills all the fun.
Actually wouldn't a HSV or those souped up Fords (whatever they call them) be lots of fun with big capacity engines? So no place to run the cars safely w/o cops? I remembered getting stopped for doing 65 in a 60 zone, back in Perth. Makes you appreciate the 10% rule in S'pore.
