Jon, was your friends 430 yellow with blue interior? I was interested till I sat in it with a hangover and seriously almost puked inside the car!!! The blue just felt so wrong with a fragile head...

7k mileage for a 5yr old car? Don't these guys believe in driving? I logged 7k in 7months after she came back from the major :)! And she feels sweeter after that!

Better for us who wait for them to sell though bud!!! If it's the yellow car I saw, great condition... But the colour of the interior just killed it for me...

Are you talking about the one at Avant-Garde? I was thinking about that one when I thought about a $400k 430.

Yes, we do reset some systems in the air but there are backups that take over while the primary is undergoing a reset.

No renting of warbirds. Few places would allow you to as stuff like spitfires and mustangs almost fall into the 250GTO sort of rare category. I think best you can do is to rent a old warbird trainer plane but since we have flown the SF260 and the S211, no point. A tigermoth would be nice though!

But with such a challenging interior, wouldn't it be easier to push the price down and use that savings to re-do the interior? Some of these "interesting" colour combinations end up just being gaudy and loud.

Welcome! All walks of life are welcomed here except self-proclaimed spiritual beings such as "demi-gods" :)

Maser GT, Maser GT and Maser GT. Has road presence, sounds glorious with "Sport" mode, true 4-seater, value for money. My first choice :)

Astons are elegant, refined, classy and understated. They would come in as my second choice. Not too sure about reliability and warranty though. Gotta ask the pros.

    +1

I think locally we know enough owners to line up the V8 range from 308 to 430. What about that 308 Bertone? Still for sale or has someone taken it home? Not the best of lines but it started an interesting range. And I think it could prove somewhat practical with the 2+2.

Problem is for such a low Mileage I just couldn't bring myself to tear up the interior no matter how puke inducing...

Have to agree.... Aston is a great idea.... Elegant and wonderfully classic lines make it a long term keeper

Couldn't be a better way to start my day after taking SAT in the morning! Thanks for sharing :)

Have to agree on this. I think they are better off sticking to what they do best.

As they claim, evolution is better than revolution.

Be forewarned of disturbing images. Unsuitable for the young :D
