    OK I've had my 348 for around 6 months now....but until I pulled up in my garage today...I've never noticed....with the car stationary and engine stopped,
    the speedometer reads 20km/hr and
    tachometer 500rpm.

    Given I've never seen another 348...is this normal????

    Mine is the same and my 308 also had the same resting position for the speedometer. All the Ferrari's that I have seen all rested at the same level.

    Yes, they never look like they are standing still.

    This is typical. If you take a close look, you will see a plastic pin/stopper that holds the needles at the speed you are seeing.

    .....and when you drive 100 you are actually not doing more than 80.....

    Check with your GPS and you will see......
