The 355 has been SOLD!

Well, that's it guys, the 1999 F355 Spyder I have had for two years now has finally been sold and went to a new owner in Miami. I'm glad he's local because I might be able to see the car again, and most likely looking and running better, because I was absoultly out of funds, thats for sure! Sad to see it go but it only means that there is now room in my garage for a 360 Modena!!!

Hopefully, the new owner will put a few $$ into it and get it back into shape. It needed some work, but that thing just kept running and running. Hopefully, once sorted it will be a good car, good experience, and the new owner will put a lot of miles while smiling behind the wheel.

 

What's wrong with the way it looks? From the picture it looks like a very very beautiful Ferrari. (The bonnet looks like it could be a different shade, but with silver it is so hard to tell).

Thanks Todd, I think the car looks great too. Some people (Fred) are so critical. Ok, so there was a few lights lit up on the instrument cluster, the interior could use a little TLC and the convertible top needed a little help from the driver....but it did work! The work reflects the sale price of the car at $38500. Which I think was a steal for the right person.

Way to go Richard, hip hip hooray!!!! But you are so recognizable in that car, we could always tell if it was you coming!

 

Needed some work: Replace A/C vents, adjustment of convertible top, replace some sensors and ECU's, requires new front grill, crack in lower edge of front bumper, and some other small items here and there. We all know that even small items could cost a bundle to repair. It all depends on what your willing to spend to get the car back to 100%.

 

Awesome car.

Yet another thread that makes me wonder how could I not get one of these at such low prices. Great time to be a buyer!
