A friend of mine got one of these too... tricked it out, full race harnesses and other stuff I don't even know (I'm sure). He invited me to a track day at Sears Point in Sonoma and I couldn't believe how amazing this car was.

The 2010 GT3 RS is one amazing car on the track.

I hope you enjoy yours... it's a great car.

Haha, that seems kind of unfair, or at least it should be the other way around (assuming boys are more into cars). What's the deal? Is your daughter much older or something?

I have to say I hate these types of posters. I think it does two things.

    1. Belittles the achievements of RufMD, he's a Dr. and I'm sure not just anybody with an education can do what he does.

    2. It's way too general... like an education promises a garage filled of expensive exotic cars in a huge house.

Other than that .. cool picture :)

I agree with the other poster, lighten up. Obviously you can be the most educated person in the world, if you don't work hard an hustle you still won't have a garage FULL of expensive exotic cars.

Having been a part of the original thread where that "poster" was created, I can tell you it was done in jest and humourous context...Kuzi certainly didnt create it and is way too laid back to be bothered :)

I'll be the first to say I am very blessed, very fortunate....and I enjoy sharing the passion with like minded individuals :)

I suppose I ought to show a few pictures of my Dads garage.

I'm only 17, so drive the red MINI One. The White MINI Cooper is my Mums car.
The 356 is tucked away at the moment due to rubbish weather and the Caterham is a track day car really, with the occasional Sunday morning blast down to Goodwood. My Dad lets me drive the Caterham on the trackdays though, so all is good! The Kart is a Rotax Max 125 and is my Older Brother's - This is his rookie year of racing in a rotax endurance series and he's currently in third overall which is quite impressive!

Work progresses on the garage renovation, so I have posted a few current pictures, in case that may be interesting to some. To recap, the garage is an old one, but we have taken down the rear wall, extended the roof, and will add large windows for light and a view. The larger bay to the left is where we intend to move the tool cabinets and worbench. We will use epoxy for the that and the adjoining bay, and tiles for the remaining four bays.

The driveway is now clear of concrete, and storm drains are being installed (we live in the tropics). Hopefully, the grass pavers, windows, floor tiles will go in next week. I hope too that the Dino and other cars, which have been trapped in the workshop for months, will start when we are able to move them.

We were lucky to have found in the city this unusually shaped lot that no one wanted. It allows a separate garage for the cars we use day-to-day, so we can devote the 6-car garage to the sports cars.
