Needed to add oil to my 355 so I added one litre and it turnes out to be 1/2 litre too much! Do I need to remove the excess oil or will I be okay?

Is this with the oil at operating temperature (200 deg f+) or with the engine cold? if it's with the engine cold, you will probably need to drain some oil out, or you will end up with the level too high, and it will go into the plenum killing all of the mosquitos behind you. It it's with the engine smoking hot, i wouldn't worry about it.

Mosquitos are save as the engine oil was at operating temp when I checked. My mechanic works on the Ferrari Challange car #91 and he gave me **** yesterday at the track in Monteal and told me to suck it up!
