How do you park your 360 or 430?

Valet, back of parking lot, take up two spots, or just park it anywhere?

I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this...

No Valet Parking, Park away from everyone, Never take up two spots. This is rule of thumb for me and always worked out for me :)

That luggage cart looks dangerous... a gust could get it to roll...

The valet's are really good there. They keep an eye on the car for me. Last time I parked with the roof down they came to find me next door to tell me that it was starting to rain.

Agreed. Plus, if I can, park were you can always see the car from where you are!

Parked in front of the Little Nell with the top down. It started to sprinkle. They came in and got me. When I got to the car they had two golf umbrellas covering the cockpit. Dry as a bone inside. Life is good.

My first question is: do you know how to drive an F1 transmission? If they say yes I ask how do you put it in neutral. Never had anybody park my car. ;)

Little Nell is an A+ place. Thanks again for that recommendation along with a great wine for dinner.

I'm a new owner, but have parked a 430 in the West Village for the past month with no problems. It's not self-park due to insurance rules, but they are "car guys" and seem to take pretty good car of things (owner parks a GT2 there). The garage owner has become my unofficial consultant on car matters- he recommended inspection shop, confirmed my choice of radar/laser installation shop in nyc, offered advice on washing supplies... good guys, PM if interested in West Village parking and I can shoot you contact info.

If set on self-park: I believe the pier on the west side by Houston offers reasonable park and lock and some fchat members park there. Check "parking" in the NY Tri State board for more info

Alan - Nice spider at the St. Julian! But I thought I had the only Ferrari in Boulder. I also work next door to the Julian. Will look for your car next time I walk by.

Far away from other cars, usually an end spot. Never had any issues but always come back to find lots of hand prints (car is black!) sometimes quite small :)

I always pay the valet at least $20 and I park the car. Last summer in Monterey, at the Marriott, the valet says follow him and he walks down the ramp. He has me park between an Enzo and a Veyron. Nothing like having cars over 1mil on each side of you

Valet or just park it where it fits .. which might explain some of the bumps and bruises she's picked up :(

    First post here!

I try to park the drivers side next to a wall, and where I can see it. This way I have only one side of the car exposed to curious people or unconsidered people slaming their doors into mine!

Until now, it has worked well.
