I hope you're flying SQ then, because other airlines don't seem to have very stringent stewardess screening procedures ;)

Growing up visiting Senai and Changi once a week to do plane spotting was what got me hooked mate. Remember when you were a kid and your kindergarten teachers used to ask you what u wanted to be when you grow up? My answer was ALWAYS Fighter Pilot!! LOL
Never really thought of commercial flying till I hit secondary school, that's when you really start thinking(or forced to think) about your future(well in my family at least). Hit Sec2 and to my horror, had to start wearing glasses, Fighter Pilot dream went down the drain as RMAF requires PERFECT vision. So, did my A-Levels after Sec5 and here I am today, doing my first sem in Mech. Engineering while praying that next week's interview would be a successful ticket to work with MAS. Really count my blessing to have made it to the final 30 from 11200+ "wannabes" (thats what they call us), like WTH right?!
Kudos to the Bug Guy up there!! :)

Anyway, Jarno Trulli, he's 173. So you might be alright :p

Gentlemen, allow me to draw your attention to the epic bad-assery in this thread.

I had no idea Ferrari offered matte colours, and I think the GTO features a slightly different centre console from the original 599. The one in the thread looks more like the one found on the California (which I think looks much nicer).

Yeah, imagine all the hard work that had to be done to shave grams of weight off the cars, and blokes like Button turn up to the races with a full beard!! Thats a feeeew milliseconds yo!
Heads getting bumped all the time is one thing, trying to sit comfortably in a cinema/airasia flight/bus/Kancil(we use this as our driving test cars mind you) is a whole different story!!

Trying to actually watch the movie when people like you sit infront of me makes me wish I'd brought a very sharp axe along... Just to shave your hair of course ;)

My head actually bumps against the roof of the car when I wear a helmet and drive, so I've no idea how you guys are gonna do it when you go for track days unless you've got a convertible.

Wow, the last few pages has been dedicated to my Ex & flying! There's a lot of passion burning here! :D

For the record, Mp has a license as well. Yeah Mp?

I'm a drop-out from RSAF :D while our old buddy, Tuck used to fly the F16, not sure if he's still with them or SQ by now as most of my instructors jumped!

Vinesh, will lasik help? It's pretty fun to pull Gs in the sky & try doing that with a commercial plane :D Most of us black out @ 5Gs without the G suit while some simply throw out

Hmmm yea, the 3 buttons in a inverted triangle? I haven't seen the interior of a 599 but I quite like the GTO's interior.

Looks like that; not my car though. For some reason, they didn't have the CF option for the centre console when we ordered it.
