We got our new California a month ago. It is fantastic. We love the feeling driving it, it's like flying a fighter aircraft. We also enjoy the manufacturing excellence of Ferrari, it is truly a work of art. As you all know, people enjoy seeing and hearing the car as we travel around. We were not ready for the attention it gets, but enjoy the fact people of all kinds -- young, old, men, women... appreciate it. I get nervous parking it somewhere because as we come back to it there's usually a group around it.

With 8,500 miles on mine since December, that attention and feeling does not get old, nor does it slow down! Have fun ... I sure am!

Rick - like you putting the miles on or at least the kilometers. Since my May 6 delivery done just over 4,000 km. Just a pleasure to drive with the bonus of looking great too.

Glad to see people driving the cars. They are works of art but they still have tires......

The Cali is really such a sheer joy to drive. I'm always looking for excuses to run any and every errand I can come up with...:) Happy motoring!

Rick and Mr. Lederman, Since December 2009? 8500 miles... I was worried about putting too many mileages on mine causing engine blowns... and maintenance issues... but it looks like you really put it to good use... is it a DD? if it is, I am reassured.

July 2 and 8,900 miles now. Set of rear tires at 7,300 ... think it was defective tires :D ... Yes it is a daily driver, even in the winter except when there is snow on the road since the P Zeros really really suck bad ... say SNOW next to any car with P zeros and lean on the car, it will slide away. Nothing to do with the Cali though, just the tires.

Mine sees 7K rpm every day at least once. It still has not used any oil. And after the drive a couple months ago with Hawkeye I now keep the RPM up much higher driving around my little town. The sounds it makes, VERY addicting. Only problem now is my Auto button sticks a little, turning off the Auto every time I drive just to keep RPM up there. I really can't believe I am so lucky to own a car like this.

+1. Always tell my DH how lucky I feel, too. It is a beautiful feeling, this car. I'm sure if I spoke Italian I could say it more beautifully. Quanto bella! Correct me, please, if my dashboard has translated it incorrectly
