    $45.5k purchase (absolute TOP of the market!) + LOTS of service + major.... = $1 / mile


    But lots and lots of smiles on my face along the way. Yes, she gets driven.

    I rolled past 67k in my 308 a week or two ago. I dont have it down to the $1 per mile that you do because only about 3k miles are ones I can lay claim to.

    Great to hear that these cars CAN and DO rack up some miles. Im going to see a car with higher miles on it after the 4th of July and hearing higher mileage success stories makes me feel better about it!

    Yes, another 24k miles and Dr. Cosgrove's car can be yet another 308 that magically has only 30k miles after all these years . . . :D

    Seriously... dontcha just ever wonder why so many 3x8 cars for sale these days (like
    MOST of them) magically have 35k - 45k on the ODO? Hmmmmmmm........

    Very good, keep driving and smiling. I am almost at 45,000 miles and I'm averaging about 5,000 miles per year, so it will take me a while to catch up to you.
