    Hi,

we have noticed that the Dinoplex C in the 206 luggage compartment gets quite hot, (almost) too hot to touch after 30-60 minutes of driving. Question to the 206 and 246GT L Series owners with an original Dinoplex C in place, how hot gets your Dinoplex C (and your luggage compartment)?

I am relatively sure both Dinoplex C units we had tested in the 206 are good, one was restored and repaired, the other one fully rebuild by me.

    Thanks,
    Adrian

I went for a 45 drive this weekend in my "L" and touched the Dinoplex after I returned. It was warm but definitely not hot.

Not sure if my response is of much assistance but it is another data point.

    Regards....Keith

Keith, thanks for your feedback! Matthias measured the temperature of the Dinoplex C in his 206 and it was between 100-120ºF (40-50ºC), so i can stop being worried :) Looking forward to Volkmars test drives.

    Thanks,
    Adrian
