My in-laws gave me a Mercedes -- before you get too excited, it is a 1983 380SL -- but with the savings on insurance and my wife's need for some home improvement, MAXI the MINI has to go.

If anyone knows someone that might be interested please have them get in touch with me for details.

I'll probably list it here in the classifieds too.

Scottie, welcome to the SL club! I'll ask and check around to try to maximize the move of the Mini, Maxi.

I thought a Ferrari would get me into the club, but apparently I need to source an antique Mercedes to fit into this crowd........ ;)

Good thing Scottie can't qualify as a member of the antique owners of the antique Mercedes club! ;)

thanks Bill -- but it, REALLY, depends on the day. This morning, for example, I am feeling quite antique.

    cough, cough, snortle, cough,

Scottie, that must be because you saw that sign on the side of the road that says, "Caution, Old Age Ahead" with this symbol, Y. Do you go left, or stay to the right? The road to the unknown can be scary. My advice, drive as slow as you can to get to that final destination. ;)
