He you got to go with Roc in the beaches he i s the best and NEVER misses a problem very straight guy he will always tell you how it is NO BS.

Got a call today from someone who got there car back from Tony at Modena. Wait until you hear this guys story, from what I understand it makes my experience with this shop look like good. How can people like this be allowed to operate?

Having read through all the postings and speaking to f-man about my 5 year nightmare at the hands of Modena and Tony I would like to get in in touch with others who like F-man and myself are walking around with a noticable limp - All I ask is that anyone who had similar experience contact me

Everyone is well...... sounds good should have free time in a couple of weeks once I get weddings and a couple of Baptisms out of the way That I need to attend...... or how about coming out on a Thursday nite at paloma in Woodbridge? ice cream on me.

 

I attended the 458 launch at Ferrari of ontario a couple of weeks ago and talked to someone who had horror stories of that place. He said that he knows of 4 lawsuites as of then.

not hard to buy a Equifax or D&B Credit report to see the lawsuits if there are any ... its public record anyway, so no need to assume or rumour it. They may have nothing if everyone is just talking.

 

WOW! Just read through this whole thread and if its true that this guy is still busy then there are obviously a lot of oblivious and or cheapo Ferrari owners out there that this guy is taking advantage of. I talked to someone on the phone yesterday who knows what is going on with this guy and he told me that many go to him because he gives cheap prices but as the work continues the hours add up and up. To top it off he dosnt know what he is doing. People have to get out and talk, post and spread the word around. I have run into similar situations before and after the fact everyone says " how could we have allowed this to happen?" Well it happens because we allow it too.

 

Indeed, we all have a common passion and interest and it has certainly tainted my interest. We are describing our situations and I can only wish that I had been warned about this guy...it was an expensive and aggrevating lesson and I would hate for others to experience it
