The reasons to vote NO in the proposed FCA agreement with Ferrari are now online at: www.fcavoteno.com M
Question. If I buy another Ferrari in the future and its to Concour standards what gurantee do I have that it will not need a certificate to enter the concour? Question . If I wish to enter a National rally or a speed event or a major rally like the David McKay or W H Lowe rally what gurantee do i have that my entry will be ok without a certificate?
I voted NO reason is simple.......there will be a breakaway cos either way the factory will win by (a) set up their own club (b) set up their own club their way we have no recourse, thus I'm all for telling G20 and all multi nationals to go fuick themselves, ferrari are no different, thus a chapter of people with like minded attidudes will prevail, the hairdressers will have their blow job by the factory The new chapter should have this as a mantra Anarchism... stands for liberation of the human mind and the dominion of religion; the liberation of the human body from the dominion of property; liberation from shackles and restraint of government. It stands for social order based on the free grouping of individuals." ~ Jackson 'Jax' Teller
OK...I've voted and I've faxed it. I will also mail it. How do I know my vote will be counted and that others aren't added who haven't actually voted? I wouldn't put anything past a couple of these blokes.
sounds like the south australian state election just gone I say we start our own club carby slappers unite...........and the logo can be a horse getting rogered by a dollar sign
to think a club formed over 40 years ago could go and be owned by a overseas company, sad some people have no sense of history.
has the committee sought independent legal advice w.r.t this agreement???? (not that's it's really needed... seems the switched on people are all over the pitfalls).
yes, but you would think that only one reasonable interpretation would apply to some of the more, shall we say, onerous clauses.
