    Hi. I'm researching a Ghibli and I heard there was a source, or historian that had all the records the original configuration (paint color, interior color, etc) of the cars as they came from the factory. Can anyone tell me where to find this information? I'm researching an old Ghibli and want to know how it originally came from the factory. Thanks!

    Hi,
    I contacted the customer service department at the factory, told them the VIN of my 1974 3.0 Merak and received very useful information shortly afterwards... Information included original colors (exterior and interior), technical data, date of sale, and even an official confirmation that my car was the factory's official exhibition car at the 1974 Turin car show!

    I wouldn't be surprised if Walter Baumer or someelse on this forum already has a lot of information about the car you are interested in, which I'm sure they will happily share with you, but you have to provide the car's VIN.
