    Does anyone know if it is possible to get from the Ferrari factory copy photos taken during production of the F430 they now own?

    I know it comes to the original owner in a nice presentation folder, but since I'm the second owner, I was never given them and I'm afraid they are now lost forever.

    Is it possible to request this from Ferrari and has anyone in my position ever had any joy in getting them?

    I am not sure if you can but wanted to let you know the pictures that came with my 09 430 were the identical pictures of another f430 that the dealer had. Both cars had the same exterior color and the pictures were all the same including the location and the people in the background of the pictures. The other thing that was odd is there are dates in the picture book of when the frame came together, when the engine was done etc and the date order is wrong. For example mine had the car being finished in February but the engine was not done until March. No way that can happen.

    Interesting. I have wondered if some of the photos were duplicated and used again.

    After I purchased my car, the original owner tracked me down through the dealer to give me the "baby book". I thought that showed a lot of class.

    Unlikely that you will get the original photos of your car's production.

    I got the book but there is no way they are the pictures of my car. It's a marketing gimmick at best. You really aren't missing anything.

    In my build book the car in the pictures is an euro model and my car is a USA model, the yellow in the tail lights gives it away. Wrong colour, Ferrari how could you miss that!!!

    I just got my '06 430, found the "baby book" and thought it was the coolest thing. Now i'm bugged. Should we scan and compare pics?

    Switched at birth! Not good how this could happen and I understand how it would be disappointing when all along you thought you have photos of inception to garage at home.
