this is the problem . 7k usd on exhaust foran old testa definitely a bit insane. can never recover back outlay tho with so many trs left ,there shld be healthy demand for a 2nd hand one down the road. n the killer sound makes me almost think its worth it. im asking myself if there was a preowned one hypothetically available now, how much wld i be willing to pay for it?

    Exactly!

I also heard that this is the reason why exhaust flames can be seen on race cars!

yes reset many times but it always comes back about 50km after resetting. i think it has to do with the cats combined with the tubi maybe. heard that if u relocate the o2 sensors further back shld be ok or u can buy some override thing that cheats the 02 sensors

With all the aftermarkets upgrades put together, the F430 looked amazing!

The kit is a nice upgrade for the F430!

I'll try to get some pictures from Gary to post up here! :)

The Larini on my uncle's testa sounds very nice!

High pitch with an appropriate volume.

Tell you what, the following week or weekend I'll go take his car and meet you so that you can hear it for yourself!

Was clearing my emails & saw Ricambi's. Apparently Ferrari, Maserati & Lamborghini shares the same F1 pump for your paddles. It's from Marelli @ half the price & they advise to change the relay from 30amp to 50amp for better reliability.

Keep this in mind for your future F1 failures.

Not sure where to get it but can try those places that carry parts from Jap tuners as it's a Jap outfit.

The GT wing for Ferraris costs about 5k (wet carbon) and 9k (dry carbon) after tax. What's the difference between wet and dry carbon anyway? First time seeing two types of carbon.

Can check out their website here: http://www.auto-veloce.com/svr/f360.html#img/flowing-rock.jpg

Their site is completely in Jap but from what I saw, I don't think they have any distributors here. They have many Diablo SVs on sale too!

Was told by a Porsche dealer that he added an extension plugs on the O2 sensors of the sports CATs to fool the CEL.

After the ECU tune, my car pulls stronger!

With the additional power, the car feels much lighter and willing to accelerate.

Most probably its due to the cats as the sensors reads a different reading with the higher airflow.

Heard there is a way to override too.

I go change exhaust first than see how ;)

Will research more on the sports cats!

Speaking of the car running cooler, I shld have specified the car with rear challenge grilles. Read across Fchat that the heat from the engine bay dissipates faster due to the holes in the challenge grilles.
