That's okay, I like sterile, chilling environments but I know not everyone likes it My ideal garage is a hypermodern "living room" for the car/cars.
So I went on a business trip to Miami and Fort Lauderdale last week and I found this amazing collection at a Garage/Museum. This is a real garage, the cars do get driven. Enjoy guys!! Here is the pic from the above link. Looks like a 458 in the background and I think I see the doors to a FXX. Looks to be the Swamp Shop collection based on the 599's windshield header. EDIT: Santi, looks like you got your links issue sorted out; amazing collection indeed. Thanks. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I didnt ask specifically what other cars are in his house but the 2 cars missing in the garage that day where a Ford GT and Nissan GTR
Very Clean and semi modern look. Siver car looks at home with modern designs. This can really apply to most average homes minus the windows unless your a lucky homeowner with some design input towards the windows as most home don't have much other then the garage door and your standard size windows. here is the car barn of a friend of mine - he has many old corvettes, some new ones and a lambo or two. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks like your friend is really enjoying himself. Nice place. I like the Vette with the matching speedboat. Andres
I like this open style. Kind of what I would like to do if it ever comes around. Hey Chad, I like your garages on the web page. Great stuff.
Guy Laliberté's garage, one of his garage should I say. He's the founder of ''Le Cirque du Soleil''. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have been through this whole thread, in its entirety. This is absolutely one of my favorite garages. Great! Thanks for posting the pictures of your progress and looking forward to more. Best, Dave
Thank you all for the interest. We are at the last stages of construction, usually the most frustrating part. God (but also the Devil) is in the details. Here is a view of the garage (just a box really) on the property, which shows what we have had to deal with. While the lot allows a long garage, the wall of a raised garden limits access to the last two stalls of the garage. That is the limitation of the layout. The older, narrower cars I have been parking there (this is a renovation) seem built with that limited access in mind and fit easily. They are British! The entrance to the garages is through a driveway at the right (not shown). The workshop is beneath the main house, seen here at the end of the "mews." The Stratos and the Elise are still there and can be seen in the picture. All the grass pavers are in, but the sprinkler system and grass aren't yet. Regards, Andres Image Unavailable, Please Login
