My business partner spec'd out a new Panamera 4S in March, told a build date in June, with deliver in July. 3 weeks ago he checked in and everything was OK. Friday he checked in and received an email from the salesman stating the build date was now 8/31 with a delivery in October! WTF is up with that? Anyone have any insights?.....there are cars sitting on the lot...this isn't a new Ferrari we're talkin' about.
from all reports from Porsche these things are flying out of the showrooms. The cars sitting are the ones left over that Porsche specd out for dealers.
Porsche must have specd out an extra 30 or so cars for the dealer near me cause they have a Sh!tload of em sitting out in the rain unsold.
