Today I spotted a Rosso Corsa Ferrari Enzo driving northbound on I35, in the pouring rain! I didn't dare try to take a photo while driving on I35 in the rain. :)

    At 7:00 pm today I spotted a red/tan hot rod, a Rosso Corsa/tan F355 Spider, a Rosso Corsa/tan 575M & a Bentley CGT Speed in front of a church at Guadalupe & 12th street.

Then at 7:35 I spotted the same black MB SLS heading north on the Congress bridge. It looked real nice coming down the road from the front.

Today at 12:39 I spotted an orange Lamborghini Gallardo at the corner or Colorado & 9th Street.

Just 4 minutes later I spotted the pearl yellow Lamborghini LP670-4 SV at the corner of Barton Springs & S 1st Street. The SV looked pretty wicked coming down the street.

Today had my TDF Cali at Bee Cave Medical and the HEB for the script afterward. Thought I was in a safe spot next to a curb with an AMG one spot over only to come back to a big F%^&in' Excursion in between us with kids getting out everywhere! Whew! Made it out without a scratch!

And hit 91 on 360 going there without even realizing it. Shhh...

Isn't it just a Turbo but they boosted the power by 50hp? And, it's only available in the PDK 7 speed.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I don't "get" the whole Porsche thing at all. It just doesn't do it for me. I wish I could understand what others see in them, other than just speed.

A 911 a very unique driving experience: rear engine, no weight on the front, very sharp turn in and easy to drive with the throttle. It's an aquired taste but tons of fun.

There's also the racing heritage; only two Marques have a consistent tradition of competition since the post-war era, Porsche and Ferrari.

Sorry, I can't explain it... aside from the Carrera GT & a couple of other models, I have no real interest in them at all. I just know that the Turbo S is relatively rare & I like the wheels & the color choices of that particular car.

The first 458 Italia has landed in Austin.

I drove by Ferrari of Austin today to see if I saw an Italia yet. Sure enough... I could see one in the front service bay, so I did a quick u-turn for a better look.

Here are the options that I can see:

    Rosso Corsa exterior
    Red interior
    Daytona seats with black inserts.
    Carbon fiber interior
    LED Steering wheel
The good looking wheels (don't know what they are called) :)
    Yellow calipers
    Yellow tach
    Shields
    Reverse camera
    Parking sensors
    Sat/Nav
    Satellite Radio

I think I saw & recognized the owner back in one of the offices. If it's who I think it is, I doubt I'll ever see this car at any of our events, unfortunately. :(

Sorry for the very crappy pics.. all I had with me was my Blackberry.

    What he said. :D

I love the Turbos, GT3s, GT2s, mainly their higher-end stuff, although the Caymans aren't that bad.
