My muffler is the original OEM version and I'm ready to replace it, I did replace the cats with high flow type 200 cells per inch as opposed to 400 cells stock cats. Now I'm ready for a new muffler and I'm looking for sound + power increase

    I voted for the Cappy.

Though you didn't have it listed, Gothspeed's custom muffler sounds "wicked".

I voted for the Mille Miglia exhaust. I bought the loud one, but was a bit too much for me. I couldn't get it out of the neighborhood without waking everyone up :). I then put on the middle noise level. What a sound! I really enjoyed hearing my own 355 drive away from me when I let friends drive it. Sounded great from inside. Bought mine from Bill at GT car parts in Arizona.

Exhaust tips filled out the bumper outlets nicely.

I heard a Capristo on a members 355, best sounding car I have ever heard.

I like the X-ost on the 348, so maybe that would sound good on the 355 too, but I doubt it would sound better than the Capristo

I've driven alongside and behind a Capristo, also been a passenger in the car, sounds simply sublime!! Awesome!!
I still run the standard OEM on mine though, love the sound and the fact it's slightly more subtle!

The Cappy Is probably the best, but it is very expensive. If you want the most bang for your buck, I would go for the nouvalari. I put in the nouvalari about 6 weeks ago, it is an awesome sounding exhaust, and it cost $1600.00 delivered.

Nouvalari does seem to be the new "in vogue" budget exhaust for Ferraris these days. I have heard them on various Ferrari models and they do sound good, as has already been said. Big bang for the bucks.
Money no object, i would choose the kreissieg every day of the week. I dont think that many would have heard the megga expensive Kreissieg system on the 355 in the flesh, because they are so dam rare.
But money is the limiting factor so my budget would max out at the Capristo.

I've read only good things about Capristo, that's what I'm going for next :D

The question is, what level? aren't there 3 levels of Capristo?

Agreed. Ive heard nearly all in person and Kreissieg takes the cake. If money were an issue, I would probably go Capristo as well.

    +1 Bill.

I have the loud MM and love it, not too intrusive in the spider, definitely a lot louder than factory but the sound is such a feature of the 355 why would anyone want it to be quiet?

No one is saying anything about the tubi despite it having the most votes. The sound speaks for itself.

Yes, 3 levels. I have Level 1 and was $3,000 a couple of years ago (according to previous owner's invoice). Level 1 is just a bit louder than stock...Level 3 is the insane F1 sound.

Could it be because more people have the Tubi because the top level exhausts are out of there price range? So by voting for the tubi they are trying to convince themselves that they bought the right one:D No seriously like i said its probably because there are more Tubi owners.
If this is the case i can see the Nouvalari being the number one system in a few years time.
Lets face it anyone who has ever heard a Tubi next to a Kreissieg, Capristo or Ito, it is always a memorable moment. And then there Tubis will be quickly for sale on ebay;)

Do people actually like the Tubi?

Would any of the people that voted like to take mine off my hands so I can finally install my Kreissieg?

I have level 2 and paired with Hyperflow Cats and couldn't be happier.
At idle, it lets you know that you're driving an Italian exotic.
At WOT, it makes you think you're piloting an F1 car. :D

Level 3 is insane loud.....see quote below. I wouldn't dare to go level 3 with straight pipes!

The 3 is pretty loud even in my B and I don't know how I've never been pulled over for it here in good ol' San Francisco, land of the Prius.

I voted for OEM. While I like the intonation of the Tubi and Capristo, they are simply too loud for me. Heck, the OEM is a little to loud for me.....Tone I like, sound pressure level I do not.

    {Save your breath, they are my ears, and I have already hurt them by going to concerts inmy younger misspent youth.}

All I can think of when I see this thread is the reality of it which is...

    Which exhaust do you own?

Just like most people I voted for the exhaust I have on my car.
