How do you think the service costs for a regular 360 Spider (non F1) are compared to a CS?

I can imagine the costs for the F1 system in the CS will costs more than the 6 speed, and the CS will have more clutch wear.

What about the brake system? The CS has carbon ceramic brakes so you would think that saves quite a bit of money on brake discs every so many miles?

Anyone who have had both and can tell me what I can expect?

Mike Ive owned both and currently have a CS.
I believe regular maintenance, fluids etc etc are the same, as well as belt services and things like that.

The only big diff in cost would be problems with the F1 system vs the manual gearbox. Also the brakes (ceramic) on the CS are expensive to replace. Having said that if the brakes/pads are taken care of they should last many many years.

    Thanks!

How many miles do you think you can put on the CS' ceramic brakes before you'll have to replace them?

what about any potential issues w/spider top? Adjustments/cables/motors, etc... maybe something should be included as maint. for that stuff...maybe a car would no problem for 10 years then a $2K repair or something like that..or no repairs. Guess it's just something to think about.

good question, Ive got 10k miles on mine and they are still perfect.

I do know if you track it it will reduce the time significantly due to track debris etc etc

Yes, you are right. The spider top definitely needs more service than the CS coupe. I guess there's not much difference in service costs after all, other than the expensive to replace CCB's and F1 system.
