    Hi all,

    Just wanted to post to let everyone know that the 4th annual beach trip is schedule for 8/6-8 and we're expecting the biggest turnout to date, surpassing the 50+ we had last year.

    This year we'll be changing it up a bit and will actually be going to the "beach" instead of very near it :)

    Cost for the event is $200/person if you register by 7/14 and is inclusive of almost everything all weekend long.



    Schedule of Events:

    Friday, August 6

    10:00am: For those from Raleigh and points West: Meet at I-40 Exit 282 (Page Rd.), Sleep Inn parking lot (immediately south of I-40). Head East toward the coast to Kinston, NC.

    12:00pm: Lunch and Ferrari display at The Bentley Bed & Breakfast in Kinston.

    2:00pm: Depart Kinston for the Coast.

    3:30pm: Arrive in Beaufort, NC at The Beaufort Inn.

    5:00pm: Walk to PRE-Cocktails at the Stillwater on the waterfront (Optional).

    5:45pm: Walk to Beaufort Grocery for Cocktail Party.

    6:00pm-9:00: Private party at Beaufort Grocery.


    Saturday, August 7:

    9:30am: Meet in the hotel parking lot to prepare for drive to Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach. Depart at 9:45am.

    10:00am-11:45am: Fort Macon tours, musket demonstration, etc. Depart at 11:45 for Coral Bay Club.

    12:00pm: Lunch at the renowned members-only Coral Bay Club in Atlantic Beach.

    1:30pm: Spend a leisurely afternoon at the nearby beachfront home of the very generous Gant family. Guests depart by 4pm to get ready for the evening.

    5:45pm: Meet in Beaufort Inn parking lot with Ferraris for a short drive to our Saturday Night BBQ.

    6:00pm-9:00: Concours, BBQ, Drinks, & Live Reggae at the waterfront home of the generous Cox family who will be hosting us for the evening.

    The other Ferrari in rocky Mount ('07 F430 optioned to the hilt) will be there too.

    Going to be in Asia with my men so I will miss it. :(

    Suggestion: Why not have it at an actual beach hotel (On the beach!!!) next year?

    Forgot to tell you guys that the deadline for surgeons is 3 days before the regular deadline so that we'll have time to make sure the check clears. Better get it in!

    Hey guys, just a quick update...we've already got yet another great turnout...54 with 2 weeks to go!

    We can still accomodate a few more so if you're interested go for it! If you've never been to one of our events, I encourage you to try it out :)

    I'll be joining the caravan midway to Kinston. What is the route? Is everybody taking 40 to 70 to Kinston?
    I am going to try to time it so that I can jump in the caravan and lead all you slow pokes with my California!!!!

    Does anyone have a link for the hotel in Raleigh where we will meet? I want to stay there the night before and I cannot find it.
