    The wing is there but guess it didnt stand out in that picture!

    Its quite a complicated system. In Singapore, all cars can be use for 10 years. Once it hits 10 years, the owner of the car can either export it or renew its life again by paying what we call a 'certificate of entitlement'. Of course there are many other details that I have left out but this is roughly the main idea!
